The garden is one of the main highlights of Finca Eco Oasis: a lush green space designed for calm, shade and outdoor living. With more than 60 trees near the house, it creates a fresh oasis feel through the summer months, with generous green areas, mature planting and several places to relax outdoors.

Tall trees around the property give the house and garden a truly secluded and private atmosphere. There is plenty of shade during hot summer days, and the afternoon sea breeze also reaches the property, making the outdoor spaces especially enjoyable in summer.

The 150m² farmhouse has a warm rustic character, with the charm and texture of a traditional Mallorcan finca rather than a modern apartment-style property. There is extensive use of handcrafted wood throughout, adding warmth, character and a natural country-house feel.

The house includes four bedrooms, a saloon and a large kitchen and dining area, making it a spacious and practical finca home with plenty of room for everyday living, working, cooking and relaxing.

The outdoor spaces are designed for enjoying Mallorca’s climate, especially through the long summer months. There are several terraces and social areas for dining, relaxing, reading, entertaining or simply enjoying the garden in privacy.

One patio area includes an Argentine-style barbecue as well as a conventional gas barbecue, making outdoor cooking easy and practical. Each terrace area has canvas sun shades, as well as natural shade from overhanging lush trees, making these outdoor spaces a major part of the finca’s appeal.

Eco Features

Finca Eco Oasis is a totally off-grid and self-sufficient property. It is not connected to mainstream systems for electricity, water or sewerage, giving the finca a genuinely independent countryside character.

Electricity is provided by solar panels and a battery storage system. Water is sourced from natural water sources in the Tramuntana Mountains, while the property systems are designed around practical, sustainable and self-reliant countryside living.

Located in a fertile area of North Mallorca, the land benefits from well-known quality soil, making it especially suited to growing and cultivating. The farmland area also includes a chicken coop area, lemon and orange trees, fig trees and níspero fruit trees, supporting a more natural and self-reliant way of living.

Finca Eco Oasis is located in North Mallorca, between Pollença, Alcúdia and Sa Pobla, in a peaceful countryside setting with easy access to both countryside and coast.
